United Soccer League side Bethlehem Steel have announced the signing of James Chambers from St. Patrick’s Athletic. The former Shamrock Rovers, Drogheda and Hamilton midfielder will join the team after he receives his International Transfer Certificate and P-1 Visa, according to the club’s website.
